Greek Council
PURPOSE: The Greek Council is composed of three delegates from each fraternity and sorority at LSUS. The purpose of the Greek Council is to initiate and promote Greek activities which benefit and enhance the community of LSUS. The Greek Council is responsible for planning its annual Greek Week in the spring along with the Meet the Greeks in the fall, a Greek step show and many more activities designed to foster a sense of community among the Greek community at LSUS.
FALL 2011 ACTIVITIES:
- Greek Council Step Show - Monday, October 24th - Common Hour (11 a.m.) - UC Steps - Open to all LSUS students! All Greek organizations will be stepping!

Meeting Time: Fridays during Common Hour (11 a.m.)

- Friday, November 11th
- Friday, December 2nd
Meeting Place: UC Red River Room
MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS: The membership of the LSUS Greek Council is composed of two voting delegates and one alternate non-voting delegate. The voting delegates s shall be composed of the President of each participating organization and one member of that organization to be chosen by the individual chapter. The alternate non-voting delegate is also chosen by the individual chapter.
NEW MEMBERS: Every Semester
DUES: $5 per sorority or fraternity member per semester
